The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the movement of product and inventory levels for their assigned business(es).
They will work cross-functionally and with external partners to develop and manage processes to optimize inventory levels and achieve business targets.
What you do (among other things):
- Manage and execute replenishment processes for product assortment, ensuring order quantities are timely and accurate to achieve and maintain optimal inventory levels and maximize sales
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders to execute business and assortment strategy
- Develop and execute reporting for timely processing of new, replenishment, and specialorder POs
- Accountable for inbound purchase orders, ensuring ETAs are accurately maintained and communicated with stakeholders
- Oversee product allocation to stores to ensure consistent floor model coverage
- Support the execution of pricing changes and markdown/clearance processes, including system uploads, store transfers, and crossfunctional communication
- Liaise with freight carriers, overseeing the verification of vendor and freight invoices to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with and support stores and distribution centers
- Support the completion of team deliverables and special projects, as applicable
- Manage and support a team of 13 Inventory Analysts
Qualifications attributes:
- 3+ years of planning/replenishment experience or equivalent businessrelated experience
- 1+ year(s) experience managing a team
- University/College degree in Business, Retail Management or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Proven organizational and prioritizing skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with peers, crossfunctional teams, and suppliers
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Driven with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
