Description
Shift Collab is one of Canada's largest therapy practices, operating virtually to support Canadians from coast-to-coast.

Founded in 2016, we're a family-owned business that's gone from a small clinic to over 145 brilliant teammates nationally — and we're just getting started.

We're hiring a Social Media & Content Manager that can own our social channels and create engaging content, infusing personality and connection into our brand.

You will work as part of our existing marketing team to ideate, create, execute, manage, and measure social media and content creation initiatives to extend our brand's reach.

What you'll do

  • You'll manage and grow our social following on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a little bit of Facebook and YouTube sprinkled in.
  • You'll engage with our therapists by interviewing them over video, and turning that video into small clips for social, audiograms, educational carousel posts, articles, and other consumable content.
  • You'll design eyecatching, curated posts, stories, and other visual content using Canva, Lightroom, audio and video editing suites, and other software.
  • You'll respond to all comments, direct messages, and reviews on all social platforms, acting as our brand's voice, as well as creating relationships with our followers.
  • You'll come up with and deliver unique ways for us to build our social following, whether through viral giveaways, themed campaigns, stories of therapy, and more.
  • You'll repurpose old content, giving it new life by, for example, editing a blog to improve its SEO, turning a video into a series of social posts, repurposing podcast content into TikTok videos, or taking a therapy worksheet and turning it into a leadgenerating quiz.
  • You'll plan and manage the process of batch content creation by key members of our therapist and leadership team.
  • You'll plan content ahead of time, building methodical content pillars that each serve a specific purpose.
  • You'll track all of your efforts with clear metrics, participate in weekly meetings, and work as part of a great team that loves what they do.
