Customer Service Representative - Guelph, Canada - Hammond Power Solutions
Description
OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inquiries can range from stock checks to product inquiries, technical support and quotations.
- Utilize the relevant software systems (D365, EQV4), along with other tools provided and working closely with the other departments.
- Inside Sales is the first customer contact and works with the regional managers and third party representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Input all customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Follow up on orders out for approval and maintain valid dates in D36
- Issue return authorizations (RMA).
- Filing of orders (mínimal).
- Utilize all available systems to provide the customer with an accurate shipping date.
- Work closely with production and shipping to ensure customer needs are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingualism in English and French would be an asset.
- Experience in a busy customer service, fast paced environment.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Proficient with various software/windows environment e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word
- Knowledge of basic electricity considered an asset.

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
