OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inquiries can range from stock checks to product inquiries, technical support and quotations.
  • Utilize the relevant software systems (AX, in house EQV2), along with other tools provided and working closely with the other departments.
  • Customer Service is the first customer contact and works with the regional managers and thirdparty representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Input all customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Follow up on orders out for approval and maintain valid dates in the HPS system.
  • Issue return authorizations (RMA).
  • Filing of orders (mínimal).
  • Utilize all available systems to provide the customer with an accurate shipping date.
  • Work closely with production and shipping to ensure customer needs are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingualism in English and French.
  • Experience in a busy customer service, fast paced environment.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with computers/windows environment e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Knowledge of basic electricity.

Experience:

- implementing and managing network and cybersecurity systems: 3 years (preferred)
