Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Guelph, Canada - Hammond Power Solutions
Description
OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inquiries can range from stock checks to product inquiries, technical support and quotations.
- Utilize the relevant software systems (AX, in house EQV2), along with other tools provided and working closely with the other departments.
- Customer Service is the first customer contact and works with the regional managers and thirdparty representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Input all customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Follow up on orders out for approval and maintain valid dates in the HPS system.
- Issue return authorizations (RMA).
- Filing of orders (mínimal).
- Utilize all available systems to provide the customer with an accurate shipping date.
- Work closely with production and shipping to ensure customer needs are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Experience in a busy customer service, fast paced environment.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Familiarity with computers/windows environment e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word
- Knowledge of basic electricity.

Experience:
- implementing and managing network and cybersecurity systems: 3 years (preferred)
