Our client, the Winnipeg International Airport is looking for professional, customer service oriented individuals to join the Valet team. This position is responsible to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Providing a service that is above and beyond customer expectations is our goal. Full time and part time, various shifts available.Why Join Indigo?

What Would You Be Doing?
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
- Act as point of contact for all parking customers
- Ensure all customer account information is updated accurately and notes are entered for every transaction
- Troubleshoot inbound calls
- Create and cash out parking tickets
- Provide assistance to customers as requested: ie; carrying luggage
- Provide reports for management
- Parking, relocating and preparing vehicles for customer pick up
What Are We Looking For?
years of experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Computer literate with experience and proficiency in database software
- Strong customer service and people skills, with ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure during peak times
- A valid class 5F driver's license and experience driving a manual transmission
Able to work FT Mon
- Fri 3pm 11pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$13.50 per hour
