We are looking for an Executive Assistant


Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant to the offices of the CEO and Vice-President (VP), People and Culture, the
Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the efficient administration of the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of both offices.

This includes administering and overseeing financial budgets and systems; managing the Vice President's calendar, proactively tracking files and interacting with internal and external high-level contacts in both official languages.

Minimum of three years of relevant experience in similar functions:

  • Coordinating activities in an executive office;
  • Developing work plans and forecasting of budgetary requirements;
Preparing reports, correspondence and various administrative documents;

  • Working with the following software: Office 365 Suite and financial reporting systems (such as NAV);
  • Making travel arrangements;
  • Filing and maintaining a reminder system;
  • Financial mechanisms and systems, bookkeeping.

Knowledge of:


  • Office administration procedures and processes;
  • Human resources, administrative and financial practices and processes;
  • Procurement and contracting procedures, systems and regulations;
  • Cultural institutions and/or the tourism industry.

Education:
Business Administration Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
NU2 ($56,459 to $77,343 -under review)

Status:
Permanent Full-Time Position (# 10357)

Enhanced Reliability


Location: 100, Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec. Possibility of hybrid work.
