This position is fully remote.


Role Description:


We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing Customer Success Team to help our customers be successful and take our customers and company to the next level.


Responsibilities:


  • Understanding client needs and gathering technical requirements for implementation and rollouts
  • Presenting system demonstrations, implementation plans, and product training to stakeholders.
  • Answering questions related to system functionality, design of the solution, and workflows while managing client expectations and internal processes
  • Working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure implementation expectations are delivered, and collaborate on growth and expansion initiatives with existing accounts
  • Building processes and structure for implementation at Klir
  • Creating and maintaining various project plans and timelines, including deliverables and targets
  • Providing continuous communication updates to all relevant internal and external members
  • Working crossfunctionally with team members, to continuously improve on implementation strategies and roadmaps
  • Providing training and enduser support during the implementation process

Requirements:


  • University or college graduate with 1+ years of Operations, Technical Support, Account Management, or Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills: you can communicate compellingly with a variety of stakeholders and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in implementation of SAAS based software
  • Project management experience or related postsecondary education, and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Bonus experience in water industry
  • Travel to client sites across US and Canada ~20%
