Description
Jack Smith Fuels Ltd.(a division of MacEwen Petroleum Inc.) is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Accounts Receivable who will provide exceptional customer service and delivery coordination for customers, and drivers.
Prepare invoices for customers and respond to customer and driver inquiries.This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, based out of the Tilbury office.

In this role you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries, in person or on the phone and investigate complaints regarding the establishment's goods, services, and policies.
- Take customer orders for goods or services; promote goods or services; respond to inquiries and emergencies; investigate complaints and update accounts.
- Provide information about accounts; update accounts; initiate billing and process payments, receive payment for services, and reconcile month ends.
- Post payments accurately to customer accounts.
- Verify volumes/costs on all bills of lading for accuracy.
- Process daily paperwork and truck reports.
- Place calls to customers for overdue payments.
- Process banking accurately on a daily basis.
- Coordinate any required compliance paperwork, record keeping, and customer notification as needed.
- Assist the dispatch team with matters of schedules, routes, and changes.
- Provide backup support for colleagues when required.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service/clerical role and accounts receivable and collections experience is required.
- Previous administration experience would be an asset.
- Previous dispatching experience is an asset.
- Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision and exceed expectations.
- A high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written and on the telephone.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, and juggle competing deadlines and multiple priorities.
