Summary:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and configure valve & actuator assemblies
- Range and setup transmitters and other measurement devices
- Review upcoming work for completeness and scheduling
- Work with Coordinators and Engineers to ensure customer requirements are met
- Provide product telephone support for internal and external customers
- Operate both the forklift and cranes
- Participate in overtime as required to meet customers' demands
- Provide support to other areas of Burnaby Operations as needed

Qualifications and Skills:
- Instrumentation Technology Diploma, Journeyman or Apprentice Instrumentation Technician, Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician
- Previous control and isolation valve experience would be an asset
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
- Adaptability to provide support to different areas as required
- Outstanding commitment to customer service
- Willing to work at customer sites in BC on an exception basis (few times per year)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Strong problemsolving ability
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Valid driver's license required
