Description
$22-25hour, plus commission on all sales and bonuses on maintenance project


Job Responsibilities include;

  • Managing/maintaining GTA facility's and completing site checks
- maintenance on units, tensioning doors, programming garage door remotes, fixing motors, chains and tracks

  • Sweeping halls, units, picking up garbage, mopping, cleaning office
  • Provide assistance to customers, taking payments, move in's, etc.
  • Completing daily and weekly reports pertaining to your site(s)
  • Have a vehicle and valid drivers license to complete bank runs, site checks

Employees need to be;

  • Punctual and reliable
- have full availability including weekends
- computer literate, customer service capabilities, phone etiquette

  • Great communication skills while handling customers and working in an office alone

Salary:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Every Weekend

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
