    Here's how an Estimator for our Edmonton Industrial Management office contributes to our team:


    Responsibilities

    1. Interpreting isometric, as-built, and engineering drawings;
    2. Maintaining electronic and hard copy files;
    3. Preparing quantity take-offs, reports, and presentations;
    4. Solicits, retrieves, and consolidates information from various sources; and
    5. Supports the overall bid preparation and tendering process.

    Qualifications

    1. A minimum of 5 years of Industrial Construction Estimating experience;
    2. An Engineering Technology Diploma or Engineering Degree;
    3. Working knowledge of civil, concrete, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and/or instrumentation discipline scopes;
    4. Proficiency with various Microsoft Office applications;
    5. An aptitude for working in a team environment;
    6. The ability to succeed under strict timelines; and
    7. Gold Seal Certification in Estimating is considered an asset.
