The Opportunity:

The incumbent is responsible for items related to the recruitment, conversion, and retention of students, as it relates to pathway opportunities, credit transfer, and student mobility.

This position ensures the seamless transfer of credit between Sault College and external institutions and supports the establishment of new pathways for Sault College students and graduate.

Establishing contacts with external institutions and Sault College Academic program areas to identify and discuss the potential development of new transfer agreements, and matches potential programs between institutions to develop viable pathways and credit transfer opportunities.


The incumbent is responsible for the development of marketing materials and policies highlighting those transfers that are available, recruiting students for transfer pathways and retaining students through to completion by collaborating with appropriate Sault College departments and teams to provide supports and services to students.


What you need to be successful:

  • minimum three-year diploma/degree or equivalent in business, communications, data analytics, office administration, public relations, etc. or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum five years' admissions and client service experience, with preference given to work in admissions/records within a post-secondary or international environment
- data analytics skills considered an asset
- demonstrated success in a client service environment
- excellent organizational, record-keeping, data entry skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills

  • MS Office Suite, office365 computer proficiency required
- strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

This is a full-time support staff vacancy, Payband I- $36.19-$41.94 (starting rate $36.19), 35 hours/week.
