Receptionist
Barzotti Woodworking is a leading Canadian cabinetry manufacturer located in Guelph, Ontario. We are currently recruiting for the position of Receptionist. This is a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Answering phone calls in a timely and polite manner
Take and delivering messages accurately and completely
Sending and receiving packages from courier companies
Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing main for pickup or courier and organize courier deliveries.
Monitor people coming and going through reception
Issue visitor passes where required
Assist with clerical tasks, such as maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing.

Education and Experience

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge and experience in Excel and Word
Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Proven experience in information and communication management
