Receptionist
Barzotti Woodworking is a leading Canadian cabinetry manufacturer located in Guelph, Ontario. We are currently recruiting for the position of Receptionist. This is a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answering phone calls in a timely and polite manner
- Take and delivering messages accurately and completely
- Sending and receiving packages from courier companies
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing main for pickup or courier and organize courier deliveries.
- Monitor people coming and going through reception
- Issue visitor passes where required
- Assist with clerical tasks, such as maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing.
Education and Experience
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge and experience in Excel and Word
- Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Proven experience in information and communication management
