Who we are:


From humble beginnings, Agrocrop; a proudly packaged Canadian company that has grown through persistence, focused efforts, appropriate risk taking with a commitment of discipline.

We are opening a new business unit and looking for Change Agents that are builders and can build and grow their function.

This role will be a member of the HR team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement ADP time and attendance system
  • Workforce Now
  • Implement ADP onboarding and fully automate the process within the first 12 months
  • Run 4 separate biweekly payrolls.
  • Have 2 different business units, both hourly and salary payroll
  • Complete monthly reconciliations and annual reconciliations on all payroll required payments and taxes
  • Ability to navigate through ADP network to advocate on behalf of the company and get the required support for programming or making any necessary system changes
  • Automate and full utilization of ADP system for Performance Reviews and Compensation management will be an objective on our journey over the next 23 years
  • Travel between 2 manufacturing facilities as required very close by each other.

Qualification:


  • PCP designation required
  • 5+ years in payroll minimum requirement
  • HR experience is an asset
  • Multisite payroll required
  • ADP implementation required
  • ADP Workforce Now is an asset
