General Accountability:


  • Provides the expertise and technical direction necessary to define, maintain, enhance or replace the information systems and technology. The position evaluates the technical and economic feasibility of proposed systems or requests for revisions to existing systems. The work involves planning, leading, documenting and participating, as needed, in the requirement definition, design, development, test, implementation and postimplementation activities associated with information technology projects.

Key Job Functions:


  • Provide the expertise and technical direction necessary to define, maintain, enhance or replace information systems and technology
  • Review business requirements, create processes and procedures
  • Ensures the development and implementation of effective and efficient computer systems by preparing detailed specifications for computer programs
  • Formulate statements of business and system requirements, performing detailed analyses, preparing and reviewing detailed systems documentation and functional specifications
  • Design and/or develop subsystems that are part of a larger more complex system; create logical database designs and work with Database Analysts to ensure proper physical implementation
  • Provide frontline technical support in resolving daytoday system issues, participate in system upgrades/updates and new system development
  • Provide training to related parties in relevant area(s) of expertise

  • Demonstrate specialized expertise and knowledge in the assigned field
  • Communicate in a variety of mediums
    Education and Experience:
  • Completion of a university degree in a relevant discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent
  • Must have a couple of years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM Development
  • Must have knowledge and experience with JavaScript/jQuery, JSON, HTML, CSS, XML/XSL

Additional Requirements:


  • Must posses over knowledge and experience with C#, ASP.Net, REST API, Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated hands on experience in analyzing and resolving technical problems, including development, interface, configuration, project implementation and support
  • Experience in MS Dynamics CRM Administration is an asset
  • Experience in Power Platform, Omni Channel within Dynamics 365 or Virtual Power Agent is an asset
  • Sound judgment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical and problemsolving skills
