Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood currently has an exciting opportunity for multiple

Turnover specialists to join our Mining & Minerals construction project located near Gogama, ON. Reporting through the Project Information Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Turnover Lead in all activities to support the delivery of all turnover scope to enable commissioning to be completed in line with project schedule and in accordance with agreed procedures.

Initially working from Client office in Sudbury, positions will ultimately require site rotation through completion of the scope.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of mechanical completion packages in line with commissioning\project schedule
  • Management of punch lists with support from turnover coordinators (punchlist categorization, system association)
  • Coordination and management of Pre and Post Turnover Walkdowns
  • System acceptance review to support TCCC to commissioning.
  • Review, audit and file discipline specific quality documents provided to the Turnover team

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in relevant field of expertise required.
  • 5+ years of Turnover experience is required for this position, which must include significant zzzzexperience of completions, QA/QC and or commissioning.
  • Technical background in one or more of:
  • Electrical & Instrumentation
  • Mechanical & Piping
  • CSA
  • Earthworks (Mine)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Adept with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, Word
  • Experience with an Electronic Document Management System is strongly recommended
  • Authorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood is required
