QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of a Community College diploma specializing in Human Resources required
CHRP preferred or in progress
2 years' experience providing high volume full recruitment cycle in an unionized environment
Human Resources experience within a healthcare setting
Familiarity with employee/labour relations and collective agreements
Experience working with HRIS systems
Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication

Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast paced environment with attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to the vision and mission of the NH
Flexible, selfdirected, and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
Consistent and regular attendance required
