Our David and Cadorette Team is looking for a Wealth Management Assistant to support our business growth.

The incumbent supports the Wealth Managers by providing professional and efficient client service and ensuring sound administrative management of client accounts in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures and the regulatory standards of the securities industry.

The incumbent handles client inquiries and has a variety of operational support responsibilities specific to the team's activities, including the execution of transactions on behalf of clients under the direction of the Wealth Managers.

Qualifications:

General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Successful completion of the Securities Trading Course and the Standards of Conduct Manual course or a commitment to complete them within one year of hire.

In the meantime, upon completion of the licenses, the position will be a Level 5- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a Windows environment
