What to Expect- The Workplace Operations team is responsible for maintaining nonmanufacturing facilities and providing soft services to engineering, sales, service, energy, and general and administrative teams. The Workplace Associate is a position for a selfstarter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligences and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform "hands on" tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.
- Ensure an outstanding and fun experience in the workplace by assisting in continuous monitoring of ALL space throughout the facility.

Work with Workplace Team to support set-up, staffing and clean-up of events.
Build and deploy office furniture such as desks, chairs, storage cabinets, bookcases, etc.

Perform inventory audits weekly and communicate immediate breakroom, furniture needs to supervisor for ordering.
Assume POC for large shipments and maintaining storage spaces
Perform various cable management tasks throughout the facility to ensure there aren't any trip hazards and all desks display neat and clean cables.
Work with current vendors to book crews to support moves and cable management projects.
Work with Security to ensure all vendor documents are kept up to date, badges are prepper prior to job and overseeing contractors while performing work onsite.
Assist in coordination of projects to improve the facility.What You'll Bring
