KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver user training materials for common Yardi processes that are customized for Triovest's requirements and standards.
  • Manage user support, including system training and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in maintaining the Yardi security configuration, including ongoing maintenance and completion of regular security monitoring and testing protocols, review of system user reports, and security validations.
  • Assist in managing the upgrades and system improvements of Yardi modules or systems that directly or indirectly impact Yardi.
  • Support system configuration changes, including new property/entity setups, user maintenance, licenses, and access.
  • Assist in the overall system integrity of data and reporting.
  • Review system integrity indicators (vendor duplicates, ICO variances, aging credits/receivables) and report data issues where required.
  • Create custom Yardi analytics or data downloads based on user requests.
  • Assist in the support of Yardi tables and Yardi data dictionary questions and requests.
  • Participate in the management of projects, update workflows, complete month end and property closes.
  • Enhance and leverage Yardi modules to support business needs, including identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Maintain quality relationships with users, external consultants, and vendors to maximize Yardi's potential.
  • Monitor Triovest helpdesk in relation to Yardi requests.
  • Maintain Yardi user profiles.
  • Advocate for functional enhancements to Yardi system to increase the user experience and overall system functionality and security.
  • Interface with various 3rd party vendors, as required.

QUALIFICATOINS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T. or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with Yardi Voyager including:
  • Exposure or demonstrated capability using Yardi Report Writer;
  • Strong knowledge of how data is stored/maintained in the Yardi system;
  • Direct experience working in Commercial, Payscan & Advanced Budgeting modules would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality documentation and deliverables.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive in staying uptodate with technology trends and advancements.
