We are looking for an experienced, creative and resourceful Marketplace Operations Manager to enable our Customer Experience team.

You must be a strategic problem solver with an empathetic, data-driven, and self-starting mentality-ideally with experience in a start-up environment.


In this role, you must be comfortable being scrappy, helping to deploying both digital and guerilla marketing strategies to drive product adoption and customer advocacy.

You will need to work closely with the regional teams to deploy plays for customers at various stages of their lifecycle.

This will require you to spend time in the field with our team and customers in order to develop a deep understanding of our partner districts.


Responsibilities

  • Support Paper's usercentric growth efforts. Your ultimate goal will be to support members of the CX organization in driving adoption & customer buyin of our various products at the district and school levels.
  • Develop and launch scalable digital and field adoption tactics aimed at driving awareness of Paper among students, parents, and the wider community.
  • Work collaboratively & consultatively with our Customer Success Managers & Growth Marketing teams to bring their vision to life.
  • Act as a liaison between users and the product team and provide continuous feedback on new features/requests, adoption results and UX feedback.
  • Use analytics to identify adoption bottlenecks within your regional portfolio of Paper clients and work closely with Customer Success, Growth and Account Management to drive
  • Work with the Director of Growth and Director of Customer Success to develop growth playbooks that can be scalably repeated to drive student and teacher value realization of Paper.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in Marketplace Operations Management in a B2B2C or B2B User license setting.
  • Datadriven you are able to qualify your assumptions and interpret action items using data and insights.
  • Technically Savvy you are comfortable using nocode tooling, BI solutions
  • Creative you are able to think outside the box and can bring new channels, tactics and themes to the table.
  • Ability to travel as needed
