About ADM

About the Position
This position will report to the Director of Customer Service.

This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts receivable, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving orders, Processing these orders in the system.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Adapt to changes in customer demands.
  • Maintain an uptodate bag inventory record.
  • Logistics, warehouse. Find deals for shipping.
  • Invoicing of shipped orders
  • Work in cooperation with operations, sales
  • Perform all other tasks related to and associated with Customer Service as requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong telephone contact management and active listening skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Must be proficient in French and English, both spoken and written (A spoken and written English is required for this position due to business transactions and communication with American and other Canadian partners)

Education or Work Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer support or experience as a customer service representative

Additional Information
