Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc] is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU).

LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).

Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.


Role and context


The Team Leader, Customer Experience is responsible for the day-to-day management of Front Desk activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, while supervising the Customer Service team.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as maintaining operational efficiency.


Key responsibilities

  • Supervising the daytoday operations of the reception desk to ensure smooth and efficient management.
  • Train and supervise customer service staff to ensure that service meets company standards.
  • Solving customer problems efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and staff.
