Who are we?

Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc] is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU).

LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).

Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.

Role and context

The Team Leader, Customer Experience is responsible for the day-to-day management of Front Desk activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, while supervising the Customer Service team.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Supervising the daytoday operations of the reception desk to ensure smooth and efficient management.
Train and supervise customer service staff to ensure that service meets company standards.
Solving customer problems efficiently and professionally.
Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and staff.
