Position Summary
You will hold a key position in a growing company.

You will work mainly remotely (telecommuting) and your tasks will be diversified and will put you in contact with manufacturing companies.

In this role, you will...

Support customers with Autodesk CAM software (mainly FeatureCAM, Fusion 360 and PowerMill);
Provide training/consultation in companies across Quebec and online;
Participate and/or create new lesson plans to diversify the service offer;
Make consultation/programming according to clients' needs and requests;
Promote SolidCAD services. ;
Follow training and development at the request of the employer;
Keep uptodate with news on the various supported CAM software;
Adhere to SolidCAD values;
Meet the requirements to maintain Partner status with Autodesk;
Participate in team meetings;
Build a strong and lasting relationship with customers and suppliers;
Keep the CRM (Salesforce) up to date;
Participate in exhibitions and events in the manufacturing sector;
Perform webinars and short "tips and tricks" capsules for clients;
Perform any other related tasks requested by the employer.
