Salary range:
$50,000-$57,000 annual


Receptionist:

RHN CPA is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and detail-oriented Receptionist.

This position provides key support by greeting clients, managing, and archiving documents and client files, and providing backup to the administrative team as needed.

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Reception duties
  • Greeting clients
  • Accepting and logging packages
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Setting up new clients
  • Setting up client meetings
  • Process payments/ Deposit cheques
  • Assisting with the maintenance of staff facilities

Document Management:


  • Archiving documents in the electronic document management system
  • Maintaining filing system for client files
  • Tracking, scanning and faxing documents as required
  • Ensuring effective and accurate transfer of files and folders to internal and external stakeholders
  • Finalizing and archiving completed files and documents accurately

  • Prior administrative experience within a professional environment
  • Attention to details
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High adaptability to new software technology
  • Ability to work well autonomously and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to closely adhere to established policies and procedures
