Salary range:
$50,000-$57,000 annual
Receptionist:
RHN CPA is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and detail-oriented Receptionist.
This position provides key support by greeting clients, managing, and archiving documents and client files, and providing backup to the administrative team as needed.
***:Duties and responsibilities:
- Reception duties
- Greeting clients
- Accepting and logging packages
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Setting up new clients
- Setting up client meetings
- Process payments/ Deposit cheques
- Assisting with the maintenance of staff facilities
Document Management:
- Archiving documents in the electronic document management system
- Maintaining filing system for client files
- Tracking, scanning and faxing documents as required
- Ensuring effective and accurate transfer of files and folders to internal and external stakeholders
- Finalizing and archiving completed files and documents accurately
What we are looking for:
- Prior administrative experience within a professional environment
- Attention to details
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High adaptability to new software technology
- Ability to work well autonomously and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to closely adhere to established policies and procedures
