UTG, operating an exclusive territory for Enercare, is an amazing, high energy growing HVAC company with steady, year-round workflow and a huge customer base that looks to us for home comfort solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven
Office Administrator (32 hrs/week which could evolve to full-time) to join our amazing team as we provide superior service to homeowners.

Administrative Technical Services Support:

Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, invoicing, and other related paperwork.

Human Resources Support:

Assist with onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records and databases.
Assist with data entry tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficient in using different software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working experience as an administrator in a high paced environment.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or terminology an asset.
