Under exclusive partnership with Enercare Home Services, serving the Vaughan area, we are seeking a new team member with exceptional customer engagement skills to help close the loop in our sales process.
You should be energetic and passionate about sharing best advice and promoting our services and products to our existing customers.
This is NOT telemarketing or cold-calling This role works directly with our sales team, field personnel and operations.
You will support our award-winning district with business growth, oversight, solutions, achieving goals and ensuring that our customers have the very best customer experience.

- From time to time, you will support customer followup and possibly dissatisfaction, so you need to be empathetic and solutionoriented
- To help develop informative dashboard reports by understanding workflows, key success indicators (KSI's), interdepartmental performance goals, etc.
- Provide key updates and support to the Sales Leader including assistance with collecting information on sales leads, trends and opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the other Departments/Installation and Sales to improve deliverables
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Leader as a direct support
- A young team that rewards fresh eyes, courage and encourages risktaking to improve the business
What you should bring:
- Positivity, a growth mindset, fast learner, wit, humour, empathy, and authenticity
- Experience and/or degree in customer experience, marketing, business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in customer experience, inside/outside sales, or in a similar position
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- English, plus ?
- Salesforce and/or CRM, cloudbased software, digital experience
- Strong multitasking and time management skills, reliability, commitment, and positive attitude
- Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience for both internal and external contacts.
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills good judgment

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
