_Primary Responsibilities:
_

  • Invoicing and Billing Tasks
  • Purchasing Administration Tasks
  • ERP Auditing Tasks
  • Purchase Order Reconciliation
  • Order Summaries
  • Filling out product spreadsheets
  • Monitoring location stock levels
  • Communicating with vendors
  • Communicating with government agencies
  • Competencies:_
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multitask, and keep thorough and accurate records.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to create and maintain good working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Suite and Adobe (PDF).
  • Proven record of taking responsibility and using good judgment, including exercise of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Selfstarter with a positive attitude who is comfortable working independently and with a team.
  • Must be 19+
  • Current & Valid Smart Choices Cannabis certification
  • Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check
  • Previous data entry experience is an asset, but not a requirement
  • Working Conditions:_
This is a full-time contract position working 40 hours per week.

At the end of the probationary period, the employee may be assigned further tasks based on availability and job performance.


Job Types:

Salary:
From $14.15 per hour
