Seeking professional applicants for a long term position. Experience in dispatch & scheduling, customer service.Applicants who accept a position can expect the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers
- Scheduling customer requests for service into computer dispatch system
- Inputing relevant information from customers
- Professional attitude towards customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (specifically outlook, word, excell) as well as other web based platfoms
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$15.50-$29.40 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Puslinch, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
