Role Overview

Reporting to the Team Lead, Onsite Services, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that WCD customers and the client's customers receive courteous and professional service.

This role encompasses a number of requirements including coffee services, phone reception, and stationary management.

Responsibilities & Duties
Coffee Services

Maintenance of different machines throughout the building
Ordering and stocking products for floors throughout the building
Interacting with building employees and acquiring feedback to better anticipate future needs

Reception/Switchboard

Sign in visitors and distribute access badges
Use of multiline switchboard to direct calls to employees across international locations
Answer questions and concerns regarding daily operations
Review and update contact lists, spreadsheets, and files
Manage office supplies to be handed out to employees in the building

Qualifications:

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Skills and Experience

A solid understanding of computers and office equipment
Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are key as this role has a number of different requirements that must be managed simultaneously
Excellent time management skills to ensure that deliveries are completed on schedule
Written and verbal fluency in English
Exceptional customer service ethic that is displayed in the passion for the work
Ability to work in a team and independently
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
