Description

The Joint Cannabis in Winnipeg is looking for new dedicated team members to fill Store Lead positions

You would be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

Maintaining a positive work environment
Working in partnership with the Assistant Store Lead and Jr Operations Team Lead
Directing and motivating the store teams
Staff support
Tracking store performance
Inventory management
Implementation and oversight on new policies and procedures
Upholding the team to all company policies, and health and safety standards
Ensuring consistency and compliance
Maintaining company organizational standards
Assisting in / conducting hiring & training programs
Taking action as directed by Lead Management
Conducting Administrative and Operational Duties as required
Oversight on E-Commerce operations
Accountability for the location under your purview

Qualifications:

Prior management experience in retail environment
Ability to delegate and take ownership
Ability to lead a team
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong time management and prioritizing skills
Must be 19+
Current & Valid Cannabis Smart Choices certification
Ability to pass a current background check

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including being able to work closing shifts and weekend shifts
