We are open from 7am to 4pm during the week and 7am to 3pm on weekends.

Do you have experience as a line cook and have a passion for food? Do you want to learn from

the best and enhance your skills? We would love to hear from you

Primary Responsibilities/Duties

  • Daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen
  • Prepare and restock all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow orders as requested by customer
  • Assist with the cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas
  • Ensure quality and safety of food
  • Work at an efficient and consistent pace

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience required
  • Ability to flip eggs in a fast paced, busy environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation required
  • Knowledge of methods and procedures for serving food, principles of sanitation, and principles of safe food handling required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
