- Providing administrative support for enterprise business systems, with primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP).
- Acting as liaison between business units and IT groups.

- Interacting with vendors who may provide consulting, training, and support for enterprise applications.
- Leading or taking part in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths.

- A college graduate with a 4-year degree.
- Possessing 3+ years of relevant experience in a business or IT role, with 1+ year of experience as a business system analyst.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Resourceful when it comes to solving problems.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship at all levels of the organization.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and reacting quickly.
- Able to provide business analysis, application support, and assistance to business users in identifying and evaluating new systems and procedures.
- Intellectually curious.
- An effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
- Passionate about continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working with collaboration platforms, such as Microsoft 365.
- Able to travel up to 25%.
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, and CRM applications/solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
- Experience supporting or using Dayforce.
