Responsibilities

Prepare Work Order invoices in the accounting system, reviewing for errors and completeness.
Work with Project Managers to ensure work orders are completed and invoiced in a timely fashion.
Monitor actual Work Order profit margins against budget.
Occasionally enter Work Order material transactions.
Record customer payments.
Make collections on overdue customer accounts.
Answer customer inquiries on invoices.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on invoicing.
Upkeep of customer lists in the accounting system.
File accounting documents.

Required

12 years minimum in an Accounts Receivable position.
Good business, communication, analytical, organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
