Financial Administrative Assistant
Full-time in office - Waterdown ON
Since 1993, this full-service wealth management firm has offered investment and insurance advisory services to businesses and individuals while taking pride and joy in clients' financial security.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for client meetings; agendas, disclosure agreements, privacy information, risk tolerance, statements, summaries, followup
- Prepare Monthly reports for clients & upload all incoming documents to CRM; Salesforce
- Administrative support to 4 financial advisors on the team
- DocuSign preparation and processing
- Follow up and confirm transfers and trades
- Insurance processing
- Life & Living Benefits, Segregated funds /transfers
- Advisor Continuing Education credits coordination; webinars, seminars, reports on several systems keep advisors on track
- General audit of office and building supplies
- Newsletters with topical & informative items
- Special Projects throughout the year; Waterdown Scarecrow contests, client appreciation events, community events
- Occasional errands, visits to pick up and drop off, etc.
- Other duties as assigned; for example, client appreciation, marketing, Social Media
Requirements:
- Postsecondary education in a related field, i.e., Insurance and/or Business Administration programs, ideal
- Previous administrative experience within the financial, insurance, and/or wealth management industry is considered an asset
- LLQP is an asset
- Knowledge of CRM; Salesforce is considered an asset
- High proficiency with MS Office 365 and One Drive
- Exceptional multitasking ability, prioritizing, and flexible
Compensation/ Benefits:
- Salary $4450K
- Health & Dental
- 3 Weeks Vacation
