WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Prepare and distribute reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Perform ongoing investment data entry cleanup and maintenance, including routine data checks using a variety of reporting tools to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide essential support throughout the equity funding cycle.
  • Assist with reviewing subscription/redemption documents and following up with the Sales team on any outstanding documentation as needed.
  • Process dividend option and investor information change requests.
  • Perform investment reregistration and transfer functions.
  • Assist in maintaining Exempt Market Dealer relationships, supporting various processes.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Fund Manager on any/all compliance queries.
  • Support the Investor statement delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Investment Advisor/Dealer databases.
  • We are an agile team and embrace additional responsibilities as and when the business need arises.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Knowledge and understanding of the administration of financial securities, especially mutual/pooled funds is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within finance or legal (corporate securities).
  • Prior experience working with investment fund documents; subscription agreements, redemption forms or offering memorandum updates is considered an asset.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proven accuracy, attention to detail, and data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
