    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION: User Experience (UX) Designer at LodgeLink

    • Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Contribute to long-term design and UX strategies to optimize internal workflows and enhance scalability.
      • Participate in a full spectrum UX and product team within an agile framework.
      • Create efficiencies through design systems and iterative product development.
      • Execute user testing and research best practices to validate concepts efficiently.
      • Design wireframes, user stories, visual designs, and more for various interfaces.
      • Make strategic design decisions for new features, ensuring a user-centered design approach.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored experiences.
      • Adhere to style standards and work collaboratively within a team-based environment.
      • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to deliver effective solutions.
    • Qualifications:
      • 5+ years of UX design experience focusing on enterprise applications.
      • Proficiency in Figma and Material UI components.
      • Certification from established design or user experience institutions.
      • Experience in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
      • Previous involvement in agile software methodologies, particularly Scrum.
      • Comprehensive portfolio showcasing creativity and technical design solutions.
