Started in 2006, we have successfully established 3 market leading brands (Caledon Farms, Crumps Naturals AND Dog Delights) distributed throughout Canada and the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Ecommerce Manager to aid in the growth of our brands in Canada and United States.

Responsibilities:

As an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead all elements of growth for our owned channel sales with the objective to step chance performance for a portfolio of brands. This position is responsible for three DTC brand sites.
  • Develop full consumer journey strategy for owned channels including upper funnel and lower funnel conversion.

Develop and executes A/B testing approach for:
e-commerce, digital & social, driving acquisition and conversion while optimizing costs

  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer channel content is optimized, tested, and performing as per best practice. Collaborate on 3rd party ecommerce merchandising, promotional content including campaigns & managing reviews.
  • Analysis of DTC business model and suggest optimizations to enable scale for growth.
  • Develop CRM plans, including consumer journey and data management.
  • Provides input into marketing & communication planning; and work with agency partners to Manage SEO;
  • Suggest strategies and development roadmap based on review of business analytics and brand strategies. Supervise & manage projects from inception to execution
  • Collaborate with developer, and team to establish site analytics. Manage site taxonomy, merchandising, and site search;
  • Lead development of increasing KPIs, such as conversion
  • Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience
  • Maintain working knowledge of best practices for mobile, desktop
  • College/university degree in Marketing, ecom, website
  • 35 years experience creating omnichannel consumer strategy for the web
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in data management, and familiarity with Shopify, Salsify, Figma, Google Analytics.
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and highly efficient
  • Exceptional planning, organization and time management skills
  • Experience with cross functional team (brand, product, social, logistics, sales, and virtual teams)
  • Knowledge and proven experience in SEO
  • Google analytics literate
  • Proven ability to communicate and influence across teams.
  • Strong business acumen and problemsolving skills
  • A consumer first mindset
