Umbrella IT Services is looking to hire an experienced and resourceful client coordinator that can follow, maintain, and develop our existing processes while overseeing day-to-day operations in the business.
Client coordinators are expected to have superb communication and organizational skills while working directly with our founder, clients, vendors, and team members.
Description of duties:
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients
- Schedule meetings between clients and team members
- Complete recurring clerical tasks such as scheduling quarterly meetings, filing payroll, reviewing scheduled invoices, filing with WorkSafe, etc.
- Compile and maintain records on internal and client accounts
- Work with team members to ensure completion of project deliverables
- Maintain and develop internal processes and guidelines
- Fill purchase orders and update inventory
- Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions
Skills and requirements:
- Previous office administration and/or project support experience required
- Previous experience in the I.T. or trades industries preferred
- Valid drivers license and a vehicle
- Fulltime availability
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Superb customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, project management software, ticketing systems, CRM software, and/or scheduling systems
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures such as bookkeeping, record keeping, filing, etc.

Application process:
Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Experience:
