We are looking for an Insulation Estimator/Supervisor .Under the direction of the Estimating Manager, this position is responsible for estimating all of Brands services performed on projects, submitting bids and acting as project manager in the bid process.
Safety is first and foremost in all activities, and this position is a role model for all other contractors to strive to emulate.
Responsible for all aspects of the bid including safety, cost, profitability, schedule, and contract terms.Sets up and attends pre-construction meetings.
Visits the job-site and consults with Project Manager and Superintendents.
Maintains a positive working relationship with General Contractors.
May prepare monthly big logs, and contribute upon request to other sales reports and analysis.
Processes submittals and contracts.
Works with Project Managers to process all change orders.
Corresponds with General Contractors and industrial services consultants as necessary to complete projects.
Embrace Brand Safety culture, ensure entire site team is promoting and acting safely in everything they do.
Effectively communicate and report up to Brand Regional Management.
Complete understanding of all personnel policies; Two years of college or trade school in construction related field, prefer Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or another technical field from an accredited university
Five years experience in the construction preferably as an estimator or project manager.
Ability to analyze qualitative data
Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional high performance teams
Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Extensive experience with estimating software , i.e.
