Our client is one of the market leaders in West Canada who focuses on vocational training and career development services.

The company is located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. With the business growth, the company is looking for one professional immigration assistant who has experiences in immigration consultancy. This is a full-time position.


Job responsibilities:


  • Participate immigration casework preparation, provie assistance for applicants to prepare documents properly
  • Review and translate applicants' documents, submit any supplement files needed
  • Research, update and report any renew immigration & labor regulations and policies
  • Keep effective communication both internally and externally
  • Answer applicants' questions and concerns, responsible for filing management

Qualifications:

  • At least two years background in immigration consultancy
  • Skillful in customer service and communication
  • Proficiency in English writing, bilingual in English and Mandarin is an asset
  • Attention to details, with a high accuracy in documentations
  • Efficiency in time management and multitasks control
  • Professional work ethics, keep strict confidentiality with all stakeholders
  • A good team player with mínimal supervision

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
