VESTA Marble and Granite is seeking a Professional Installation / Warranty Service Coordinator to join our team on a long-term, full-time basis.

Vesta Marble fabricates and installs natural and engineered stone, custom-built kitchens, and bathroom cabinetry.

Job Duties (included but not limited to):

  • Collaborating with production team to create and maintain detailed master installation and service schedules.
  • Obtaining detailed information from the appropriate resources.
  • Prioritize projects and revise the schedule quickly to meet demands or reprioritization needs.
  • Detailing schedule constraints, siteactivity durations and available manpower and resources.
  • Communicate daily with a variety of internal departments that require updates to the schedule.
  • Assessing the impact of design changes, scheduling slippages, and providing schedule updates to team and client as required.
  • Issuing lookahead schedules for weekly subtrade and construction meetings.

Required skills and qualifications:


  • 3+ experience in scheduling
  • Data entry knowledge
  • Managing schedules for a large company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Timemanagement skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data
  • Proficiency in understanding blueprints and contracts
  • Outstanding decisionmaking skills
  • Calm, professional demeanor
  • Keen attention to detail

$35,094.19-$60,933.85 per year
