Shift Hours: 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m._

Whom you report to:
Reporting to the Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Coordinating trailer moves in/out of 60 dock doors on a crossdock
Managing warehouse operations, warehouse employees and equipment
Train, lead and motivate a team of workers in a warehouse environment
Dock Support Supervisor must keep track of inbound and outbound load
Respect the deadline for departure
Required to work overtime, if requested
Organize and coordinate daily shipments
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications include:

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a transportation dispatch environment
Strong leadership and management skills
The ability to analyze and problem solve in a fast pace environment
Customer service oriented
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work flexible hours as necessary
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Gmail and Excel
Knowledge of Transportation Operating Systems
