D U T I E S
The Supervisor, Customer Care, Campus Store indirectly supervises front line operational support
staff to ensure excellent customer sevice and adherence to policies are being delivered. Performs
retail sales activities including sales, refunds, and other Points of Sale (POS) transactions.
Provides complex customer service assistance, instruct staff on new and existing policies.
Performs Ancillary Service Buyer responsibilities as required.

  • R E Q U I R E D Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Experience supervising and leading teams
  • Experience in purchasing and order creation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work flows through constant interruptions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to interact effectively with the students and staff and work as part of a team
  • Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning
and continuous improvement

  • This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
  • This position may be required to work overtime

  • Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check
  • Incumbent must be physically capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the
position. A medical certificate from a certified physician will be required.
