As a Warranty Technician, you will report to the Warranty Manager and work with a team consisting of other Technicians, Site Supervisors, Finishing Foremen/women, Handymen/women, and Labourers.

Responsibilities

Addressing preoccupancy & post possession homeowner concerns,
Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues,
Performing 'handson' repairs, and
Scheduling additional services with subtrades.

Qualifications

2+ years warranty or tradesperson experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ontario Building Codes
Tarion Warranty knowledge
Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act
Construction knowledge building technology, processes, and building materials
Independent selfstarter, possess strong customer service and communication skills
