Job Description:


As a Hospitality Representative, attention to detail & seamless upkeep is a key component in creating the right environment for our executives to remain completely focused on MSC's future.

While maintaining the executive floor & all meeting area's; as well as its key components such as technical connectivity (Teams, projected content) & meeting preparations, and all the while sustaining an organization of material within the office to offer any support to the unpredictable.

Key Accountabilities

  • Regularly assess space readiness, ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are safe and employee ready
  • Administrative support for our company: Meeting preparations, boardroom bookings, troubleshooting, access cards
  • Organize facilities and manage events details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list (external clients and executives), special guests, equipment, and promotional material
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (i.e Booking flights and hotel rooms)
  • Operating the telephone system for inbound/outbound, and transferring calls
  • Familiar with stock room and restocking of all material, maintaining sufficient inventory
  • General tasks as required by the business: i.e Costco runs, tire change (lower end vehicles)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hotel front desk for minimum 1 year
  • Attention to detail
  • Driver's license with at least 2 years' experience
  • Bilingual
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and promptness
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables; PPT presentations)
  • High caliber of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of people including Executive, staff, clients and members of the public
