Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Engagement Management:

Ensure the successful delivery of consulting services through effective engagement and customer management.
Lead scoping, sizing, and estimating efforts for assigned engagements.

Revenue Growth:

Meet assigned revenue targets by driving growth in assigned accounts and optimizing the utilization of direct reports.
Manage and expand existing accounts to contribute to the overall revenue growth.

Team Leadership:

Provide team oversight and management of engagement teams (direct, matrix, or subcontractor) to ensure optimal resource utilization and execution.
Foster a solid understanding of client business objectives among team members.

Personal and Career Development:

Assist direct reports in personal and career development through regular feedback, coaching, and guidance.
Encourage team members to take ownership of their personal career paths.

Recruiting and Employee Development:

Participate in recruiting activities to build a balanced team with the right set of skills.
Contribute to employee development initiatives to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Requirements:

8+ years of relevant experience in the NetSuite ecosystem.
Proven experience in delivering billable consulting services with a focus on managing engagements.
Strong understanding of the SuiteSuccess methodology.
Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and grow accounts.
Leadership experience in managing and developing highperformance teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
