    Conduct in-depth analysis of business procedures to identify necessary modifications and improvements for NetSuite solutions.
    Lead the development of specifications, configuration of systems, and oversee deployment of environment modifications.
    Demonstrate extensive experience in full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation consulting, leading end-to-end implementations and projects.
    Collaborate closely with technical consultants, delivery leads, and project managers to coordinate efforts and ensure timely project delivery.
    Provide training and guidance to end-users during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of NetSuite solutions.
    Document and develop comprehensive business process flows, requirements, and designs through NetSuite data mapping.

    Customize and manage NetSuite elements such as fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, records, scripts, reports, saved searches, and dashboards.

    Develop a strong understanding of core NetSuite modules, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, design to build, Record to Report, and Advanced Financial Modules.

    Provide post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

    5+ years of experience in finance/accounting systems, preferably NetSuite or similar ERPs, with a proven track record in senior consulting roles.

    University degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.

    Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    NetSuite certifications are highly desirable and considered a strong asset.
    Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams, articulate, and capable of building long-term client relationships.

    Knowledge of various NetSuite modules and functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HRM, CRM, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Inventory.

    Extensive experience in all project phases: analysis, design, deployment, configuration, system administration, conversion, installation, training, and support.
    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

    Prior experience with North American clients is a strong plus, demonstrating an understanding of regional business practices and client expectations.
