Description

The Server/ Bartender are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are always demonstrated when assisting and serving guests of the hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow established and future Bar Standard Operating Procedures
Provide value added service to customers to meet or exceed customer expectations
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
Handle difficult guest inquiries effectively
Maximize guest service by exhibiting strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and local events
Ensure customer needs are met and followed up on in a timely fashion.
Stocking and cleaning work area
Other related duties as required

Qualifications
Stand, walk and remain on feet and perform job duties for entire shift duration

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Must hold valid Smart Serve Certification;
Knowledge of principles, values and processes for providing superior guest service;
Ability to project a professional, friendly and courteous image to guests;
Ability to multitask and be detail oriented;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
