Off Line Store Development Manager - Mississauga, Canada - Greenlife Inc.
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the General Manager of GL Division, participate in the establishment of new offline stores nationwide, and work with the General Manager's Office to develop and implement operational and promotional plans to ensure that new stores achieve sales and profit targets.
- Responsible for rapidly building the business team for new stores, managing the daily operations of new stores, including but not limited to staff training and management, advertising and promotion, inventory management, cash management, showroom display management, and store sales profitability.
- Actively assist the local regional business development team, keenly grasp market opportunities, deeply explore platforms, channels, and customer needs, and promote cooperation between the company and various business channels.
- Responsible for talent development within the offline team of the GL Division, building an agile and efficient business team, maintaining the company's image, inheriting the company's culture, and enhancing team cohesion and sense of belonging.
- Proficient in understanding the bestselling products, new products, and slowmoving products in the stores, and track and report relevant sales data.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years or more of sales or marketing experience.
- Extensive team management experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Intermediatelevel data analysis skills and proficiency in using Office software.
- Possess strategic thinking, passion for market development, decisiveness, and charisma.
- Familiarity with team management and motivational training methods, experience with successful showcases is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Longterm residence and remote collaborative work.
- Ability to explore new markets and possess leadership qualities.
- Enjoy business environments that involve travel and remote work.
- Integrity, solid work ethic, optimism, and a positive attitude.
- Resultsoriented, hardworking, passionate, and responsible, able to handle work intensity and pressure.
- Ability to deal with change and uncertainty, with a strong spirit of teamwork.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
